Easily Add Your Class Time to Your Outlook Calendar
Beginning this fall, an automatic email will be sent from Classroom.Details@Wheaton.Edu, regarding the classroom/location for each class that you will be teaching.
This message will include:
- The course name and number
- The building and room number of the course
- If available, a link from our campus scheduling service, 25Live, will show the details of the room
- If your room has built-in technology, you will also receive a link to a guide illustrating the usage of that technology
In addition to providing details about your classroom, this email will also be an appointment message, and you will be able to click “accept”. Once you accept the appointment, your class times will appear in your Outlook Calendar and people will be unable to schedule meetings with you while you are teaching.
