Brodie Robinson, M.A.
Graduate Student Consultant
Prior to joining the Writing Center, Brodie served as an instructor of College Composition at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, he and his wife Morgan left Lynchburg to pursue further education and new employment opportunities. Brodie began to work as a Pastoral Resident at the Carlisle Evangelical Free Church in Carlisle, PA, and the experience inspired him to pursue full-time ministry. He is currently pursuing an M.A. in Biblical Exegesis so that he might be better equipped to follow God's lead.
A graduate from Liberty with both a B.A. ('18) and M.A. ('20) in English Language and Literature, Brodie aspires to share his experience with students so that they can bring both a clarity and a persuasive beauty to their prose. In his spare time, he enjoys writing fiction, reciting Shakespeare, and feeding his pet python, Turkey.
For Brodie, writing is like "time travel. It's a conversation with both the past and the future."
