In order to ensure a smooth transition into the school year, we initiate a freeze surrounding the first day of classes. From August 18 through August 30, we will not implement any major system changes.
On May 19, we are upgrading to Cognos Analytics 11.0.6, the newest upgrade of IBM’s reporting tool. During this time, Cognos Analytics will be unavailable.
Clutter is an Outlook feature meant to bridge the gap between your Spam folder and Inbox. It sorts certain types of messages, like reply-all email chains, into a folder called Clutter.
On April 13, we will be upgrading 25Live, our campus scheduling system, and 25Go, our campus vehicle reservation system. During the upgrades, you will not be able to access 25Live or 25Go.
On Friday, March 10 at 1 PM, we will replace the security certificate for WC-Internet. Replacing security certificates is a routine process where we re-certify every three years that the wireless network is safe and belongs to Wheaton College.

Essential LISTSERV mailing lists for critical or required information are now available. These mailing lists replace the current notification system. Essential LISTSERV mailing lists are populated based on Banner data and are refreshed daily.
