Who You Gonna Call? The AIT Service Desk!

Few things are more frustrating than trying to get your work done but being hindered by technology challenges. What’s even more frustrating is not knowing who can help you!

To make sure you always know who to call in your technological time of need, we have transformed the AIT Service Desk into your one-stop shop for all of your technology support on campus. Our highly trained team of student technicians, led by Brian Paul, are equipped to troubleshoot any technology issues that arise with your campus-provided services. Or, for more specialized problems, they know who to direct your call to, thus ensuring you get the technical assistance you require.

If you were to call a specialized AIT staff member directly, your voicemail may sit in their inbox for a week while they’re out of town. But when you call the AIT Service Desk, you will always get an answer right away and your issue will be resolved or pointed correctly.
