Effective Dates: October 19 and 24, 2016
This October, Academic and Institutional Technology will make changes to our after-hours support in order to better serve the needs of the College community and use resources more efficiently.
Beginning on October 19, phone support between 8 PM and 8 AM as well as on the weekends will be limited to reporting outages of critical systems such and the network or printing. You can call at any time in order to report critical outages.
If you would like other technical support, you are welcome to leave a voicemail or send us an email. We will respond during the next business day.
Beginning on October 24, we will no longer offer walkup support at the Information Desk in Buswell Library. You are welcome to call with technical questions or to request support during this time.
