The AIT Service Desk offers assistance with supported software and network help to the Wheaton College Community.
Walk-In Support: 8 AM - 5 PM | M-F
|The AIT Service Desk is located in Blanchard 171. When the College is open, we offer walk-in support from 8 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Equipment Circulation is open during these hours as well.
Phone Support: 8 AM - 8 PM | M-F
|You can also reach us by calling 630.752.4357 (HELP). Phone-based help is available from 8 AM until 8 PM Monday through Friday when the College is open. After these hours, you are welcome to leave us a voicemail or email us.
Report a Critical Issue: 24/7
|You can call 630.752.4357 (HELP) at any time to report outages of critical systems such as the wired or wireless networks, campus printing, or another campus system such as email or campus cable.
