On the southern edge of the landscaped mall sits the Memorial Student Center. It was built in memory of over 1600 former students and graduates who served in World War II and in honor of those 39 who gave their lives.
In 2007, renovations to the MSC were completed, and now the building is home to the Business and Economics department, the Politics and International Relations department, and The Wheaton Center for Faith, Politics & Economics.
