Many hours of hard work went into the planning, preparation, testing and launch of our new Identity and Access Management system. For years Wheaton College had been using a home-grown system with custom-code created by a former employee. It was time to upgrade to a more efficient system—particularly one that was more secure.
This new system offers many advantages, the chief of which is that it is now easier than ever for employees and students to recover their own passwords. Answering custom questions is a thing of the past and now you can set it up to receive an email or test message with a code in order to recover your password.
