Phone Intermittently Unavailable During Maintenance

Effective Date: February 18, 2018

On February 18, starting at 10:00 PM, we will be performing maintenance on the campus phone network. During this time, you may experience intermittent disruption of the phone system.

Key Features and Benefits

This is a standard update that includes fixes for known issues.

Impact on College Community

Campus phones may display the message "Phone Not Registered" during the maintenance. If you are already on a call when the maintenance occurs, the phone should wait until the end of the call before updating.

We expect that the phones will be affected for 30-60 minutes between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM on February 18.
