Improving Sharing and Collaboration in ThunderCloud Storage (Box)
Effective Date: September 18, 2017
Starting September 18, ThunderCloud Storage (powered by Box) users will be able to "invite collaborators" to individual files. Previously, collaborators could only be invited at the folder level.
Key Features and Benefits
This new feature will allow you to invite someone to edit a specific file instead of giving them editing permissions for an entire folder.
Impact on College Community
You now have the ability to select "Manage Contributors" for a specific file. This will streamline collaboration and sharing in ThunderCloud Storage (powered by Box).
