25Live Unavailable During Upgrade

Effective Date: October 13-18, 2017

During Fall Break, we are migrating our campus scheduling system, 25Live, to a cloud-based environment. During the scheduled upgrade, 25Live will be unavailable from 5:00 PM Friday, October 13 through 12:59 PM Tuesday, October 17.

Key Benefits and Features

  • A new Event Details page, as well as additional visual improvements
  • The ability to view the availability of your favorite locations from the Home screen
  • Long-term access to new 25Live features currently in development, such as Mobile Express Scheduling
  • Our campus vehicle rental system, 25Go, will now be located within 25Live

You can click on the “plus” box in the Event Occurrence pane for more event details.

The event details include a new graphic view, rather than just showing text.

You can star your favorite locations, and view these favorites from the Home screen.

Impact on College Community

From 5:00 PM Friday, October 13 through 12:59 PM Tuesday, October 17, you will be unable to make any event changes or requests in 25Live. Please try to schedule any upcoming events before this time.
