Banner and Cognos Unavailable During Update

Banner and Banner Self-Service (my.wheaton.edu) will be unavailable on Saturday and Sunday, November 21 and 22. Cognos BI will be unavailable from Saturday, November 21 through Saturday, November 28. During this time, both systems will be updated.

Phone System Update

The phone system will be updated on Sunday, October 18 from 10:00 to 11:00 PM. This update will fix firmware bugs with campus phones. During the update, phones will be out of service from five to ten minutes.
