Recently a series of phishing emails were sent to our campus through compromised employee accounts. These emails appear to be from a legitimate “Wheaton.Edu” account and each of them prompt you to open a hyperlink.
Due to security vulnerabilities, most internet browsers are no longer supporting Java virtual machine. As browsers continue to discontinue Java support, we are no longer automatically installing Java on College-owned computers.
All College-owned Windows computers with Mozilla Firefox installed were updated to version 52 ESR May 15. This version is compatible with Banner, while maintaining security standards.
