Keep Using VPN

When you’re working from home, don’t forget to keep using VPN each day.  When you start work in the morning, connect via VPN.  Stay on it all day and that way all important updates and patches will be sent to your computer.  You may recall that in August we did an upgrade to Malwarebytes to help keep campus devices safe.  Being connected via VPN is the key to getting these kinds of upgrades pushed out to all our computers.

Global Protect Virtual Private Network (VPN) creates a virtual “tunnel” that protects your data as you access information and applications from campus.  Let us know if you have questions or aren’t sure how to use it and we’d be glad to help out.
