Moving forms online!

You may have noticed that working on a college campus means we generate a lot of paper forms.  For years we’ve been wanting to move more of these forms online in order to eliminate paper forms and cut down as much as possible on manual labor.  When everyone left campus in March to start working remotely, it seemed like a good time to see if we, as a campus, could collect our many paper forms and get to work on digitizing them.

Over three hundred paper forms were collected, and AIT started working with individual departments to identify who could help digitize these forms.  Some forms have been created in JotForm and some have been created in OnBase.  We’ve even purchased an Adobe Sign license for our campus to help us streamline! 

While we have made a great deal of progress on this project, there is still a long way to go!  If you or anyone in your department is looking for a project to work on, let us know!  We’d love to use their help digitizing forms for your specific department.
