Upgrading Call Manager

Effective Date: October 19, 2018

On October 19th and October 23rd, 2018 Wheaton College will be upgrading our Call Manager. This is the software that controls our entire phone system.    We need this system to be running smoothly so that phone service continues uninterrupted. 

This transition offers several benefits for the college.

  • Exploring new features available.

 Impact on College Community

On October 19, 2018, and then again on October 23, 2018, from 10:00pm-2:00am, the campus phones may experience a momentary outage.
