Novell Client Removal for Campus-Owned Windows Computers
Effective Date: December 6, 2017
Starting December 6, the Novell client for campus-owned Windows computers will be removed. This is in preparation for a new system coming soon, called Fischer IAM.
Key Benefits and Features
This is part of an ongoing effort to retire an outdated system.
Impact on College Community
When the Novell client is being removed, you will receive a pop-up message when you shutdown or restart your computer, which may take several moments to complete. Once your computer has restarted and the client has been removed, the pop-up message will no longer be displayed.
This will start on December 6, 2017 and should be completed by the end of January 2018.
