Q. What if I don’t check-in?
A. Starting the 3rd week of classes, we will begin to close CPO Boxes with check-in forms found to be incomplete. Once your CPO box is closed mail will be returned to sender.

Q. When can I send my books and belongings?
A. CPO will not hold anything until August 13th (2 weeks before school begins).
Q. When is the best time to Place online orders and Mail boxes from home?
A. We suggest placing orders and mailing items no more than 5 business days before you arrive on campus.
Q. What if my packages arrive early (before August 13th)?
A. Anything that arrives before August 13th will be returned.
Q. How do I address my letters and packages?

A. CPO charges $1 (cash) to get your COMBO. Be sure to; take a picture, text it, or save the combo in your phone.
