With technology growing, you can now access your medical information when you need it!
As of 2015-2016, Wheaton College Student Health Services has the same electronic medical software as CDH/Delnor (EPIC) hospital records, Northwestern Medicine records, and Cadence Physician group/Cadence Urgent Care records. This software has a component called MyChart which is a secure online link for an established patient to view different portions of their medical chart.
MyChart allows you as the patient to:

View pertinent instructions and education from your last visit
- Communicate directly with your medical provider at Student Health Services
- Request prescription refills
- View a list of current medical conditions

View your updated medication list

View some test results
-
View your immunization records and print
When you visit SHS, you will be provided an access code to login to your personal account. Feel free to ask for an access code the next time you are at Student Health Services.
If you are an already established patient with CDH/Delnor, Northwestern Medicine, or Cadence Physician Group, you may already have access to MyChart.
We want to encourage patients to enroll in MyChart to improve prompt patient access.
MyChart is completely confidential.
MyChart app is available for iPhone and Android phones. Go to the Apple App Store or the Android Market to download your MyChart Mobile App. Once downloaded, you will be prompted to search for “Cadence health now part of Northwestern Medicine”.
MyChart Help Desk will assist you 24/7 via telephone and/or email if you need assistance with one or more of the following:
- Password/Login ID resets
- Account disabled/deactivated
- Troubleshooting timeouts
- Accessing the website
- Navigating MyChart

Student Health Services will not be able to assist you with MyChart access or website needs.
