August 18-24, 2021

We look forward to welcoming the Wheaton College Class of 2025 and transfer students to campus in August 2021!  Orientation is an important part of any student’s college experience.  Wheaton’s program will set the tone, direction, and support for beginning an intentional journey in college.

While this year may look and feel different in response to Covid protocols, we are committed to creating relational, spiritual, and formational programming for all new students. Our primary goal for Orientation, particularly in these uncertain times, is to support relational connections.  All new students will experience Orientation closely as a floor community and will be assigned to an O-group (Orientation-group) of eight peers guided by trained upper-class students and a faculty member.  New students will spend time in these groups, engaging one another in team-building, developing friendships, and beginning their pursuit of building community.

Through activities, programs, and group discussions, students will learn about life inside and outside the classroom, a Christ-centered vision for the liberal arts, Wheaton’s commitment to Kingdom diversity, a vision for vocation, and other helpful support programs that will launch students well at Wheaton.

Orientation FAQs will help answer some of your specific questions. Please check back here for updates, new information, dates, and times as they become available.

Welcome to the Wheaton Community!
