Campus Residences Open for Early Arrival Move-In
Early Arrivals listed below, head to your campus residence to begin the move-in process. The Thunder Move-In Team will be ready to assist all new students with moving into their residence!

Early Arrivals include:
-Wilderness Passage Students
-International Students: MK/TCK/F1 visa
-Music Majors
-First Generation College Students - students whose parents(s) or legal guardian(s) have not completed a bachelor’s degree.
-ROTC Cadets

Cross Cultural Chill Out 
Join current and new international students for snacks, conversation and outdoor games!

Passport to Wheaton 
Join the International Student Programs (ISP) team to learn about the opportunities and resources available for F-1 Visa/MK/TCK students throughout your time at Wheaton. Come get to know other new international students and meet your Ladder Leader! Parents are invited and we will have an information session with time for your questions.  Breakfast will be served at 9:00 am.

First Year students, head to your campus residence to begin the move-in process and check in at your residence hall.

Transfers, check in at the transfer welcome tent - 301 Chase St. - outside of the Welcome Center.

Parents, you are invited to catch your breath in the Parent Hospitality Room, enjoy a cold or hot beverage, pick up your nametags and Wheaton swag, make some new friends, and meet the Parent Engagement Team.

1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Resource Run
ISP student leaders will bring groups of students to the Corinthian Co-op to shop for free gently used items for your rooms and clothing. You will have the option to go to Target to shop for school/room supplies as well as a local bank to set up a new bank account.

Legacy Student Photo
Calling all alumni children and grandchildren! Join fellow new students of alumni for a generational photo that will be published in Wheaton magazine. Photos will begin promptly at 5:20 p.m.
