Spanish Learning Outcomes

As a result of completing the Spanish program at Wheaton College, students will achieve the following learning outcomes:

1. Demonstrate advanced language skills in Spanish, both receptive and productive, including ability to analyze literary and cultural texts.
2. Examine key themes of contemporary and/or historical target cultures, including diverse communities within these cultures.
3. Relate diverse expressions of Christianity within contemporary and/or historical target cultures to one’s own faith journey.
