Dear New Parents,
Wheaton Passage is quickly approaching! Here are a few details to help you prepare for your time on campus:
- I strongly encourage you to download the Wheaton College Passage 2022 App via the Apple Store and Google. The app contains the most up-to-date information about Orientation so downloading it (no need to create a login) is the best way to stay informed. Search “Wheaton Student Engagement” in both app stores. Note: if you don’t live in the Central Time Zone, schedules in the app will localize to your time and not local Wheaton time, so adjust accordingly!

- When you arrive on August 3 or August 10, please stop by the Parent Hospitality Room in the Fireside Room in the lower level of the Beamer Center between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. My team and I are eager to meet you and give you a “Welcome to Wheaton” bag. We’ll have snacks, too, so if you need a break and a little refreshment, come on by!
Transfer student parents, you can pick up your “Welcome to Wheaton” bags at the Transfer Welcome Event hosted in the Banks Welcome Center on August 14 at 5:00 p.m.

- Please join us at the Final Parent Program on August 4 or August 11 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. This final opportunity for prayer and blessing with fellow parents is the perfect way to end your time on campus before heading home. Transfer student parents will conclude their time on campus after the Transfer Welcome Event on August 14. (See the app for event locations.)
