To activate your CPO, please complete the online CPO Box check-in (Do not Check-In until you receive the CPO Email). The link for Official CPO Check-in can be found in your email in late July. Once you check-in you will receive an email with your CPO Combo (email times vary, please be patient).
To pick up a package you must wait for a notification from CPO. If you have not received an email/text, your package is not yet ready. Once you receive an email/text CPO Pak Slip you may pick up your package.
