Spring Orientation begins with check-in at the Welcome Center (301 N. Chase) from 10am-3pm on Friday, January 5, 2024.
New students can move into campus housing after you've checked in at the Welcome Center on January 5, 2024. We'll connect you with a Thundermover who can help you unload and settle into your residence!
There is not an official parent program during Spring Orientation, but parents are welcome and encouraged to join their student for move in, the New Student Resource Fair, and Opening Program on Friday, January 5, 2024. All other events are aimed at building community amongst new students.

Wheaton does not offer shuttle services from the airports during arrival for Spring Orientation. If you need a ride to campus, it is best to contact Uber or Lyft.
