French Learning Outcomes

As a result of completing the French program at Wheaton College, students will achieve the following learning outcomes:

1. Demonstrates advanced level receptive (listening, reading) and productive (speaking, writing) skills.
2. Analyzes literary or other cultural products in the target context
3. Identifies key issues and norms governing contemporary and/or historical target culture(s).
4. Identifies and appreciates diversities of the target culture(s).
5. Demonstrates the ability to integrate faith with major and CATC learning.
