Daily Visits

Wheaton’s Admissions Office welcomes visitors year-round. We’re open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during the school year, and from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm during summer and school breaks.

We recommend visiting on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday during the school year. These days offer more class visit options and the opportunity to attend chapel services.

During the academic year, student-led tours and information sessions hosted by an admissions counselor take place at the following times:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

11:30 am Admissions Information Session
2:45 pm Admissions Information Session
3:30 pm Campus Tour

Tuesday and Thursday

Note: These times do not apply to summer visits or event days.

Additionally, on February 19, March 2-10, classes are not in session, and our student tour guides are on holiday. On these dates, we offer 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Campus Tours led by Admissions Counselors, along with lunch in the dining hall. No class visits, chapel, or overnights are available on these dates.

Interested in staying on campus overnight?

Students who wish to experience residence life can stay overnight in one of our two underclassmen residence halls with a student host. Please make requests for overnight visits two weeks in advance. Overnight hosting is not available Saturday nights or on dates when students are out of class (3/1-11, 4/6-4/9). The last date for overnight visits is April 26.

In addition to tours, overnights, and information sessions, the Visit Coordinator can schedule:

Class visits
Appointments with faculty or coaches (with two weeks notice)
Music Information Sessions (M, W, F)
Visits to the Office of Multicultural Development (M & F)

Saturday & School Break Visitors

If it works best for you to come to campus on a day when classes are not in session, you’re welcome to visit us!

Saturday options: Remaining dates for spring 2023 include April 13 and 27. Saturday visits have a 10 am Campus tour, 11:15 am Admissions Info Session, and include lunch in the dining hall.

Weekday No-Class: Dates for Spring 2023 include Spring Break March 1-10. Weekday No-Class dates offer campus tours at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

While here, you will be able to:

Go on a campus tour and spend time with an Admissions Counselor
Eat lunch on campus
Meet with professors or coaches (weekdays by appointment only)
Visit the Billy Graham Center Museum or Marion E. Wade Center

Summer 2024

Summer visit options are twice a day, Monday-Friday, from either 10:00 am-12:00 pm or 2:00-4:00 pm PLUS optional complimentary lunch in the dining hall. Use the Daily Visit registration link to choose your date!
