*Can't make it for Connection? Come see us for a Daily Visit or Fridays at Wheaton event!

Connection is our hallmark two-day event designed to help you experience all that Wheaton has to offer! See our tentative schedule below, subject to change as details are finalized. Thursday will give you an opportunity to experience student life to the fullest, including an optional overnight stay in the residence halls for prospective students! On Friday, you'll have plenty of options to choose from as you explore academics, extracurriculars, chapel, and more.

CLICK HERE to see a previous Connection schedule - We anticipate only minor changes to events for the 2024-2025 academic year and will post updated schedules in the late summer.

Current Wheaton students are excited to host visiting students overnight in their residence hall rooms to give you a full look at community life at Wheaton!

Overnight hosting for visiting students will be assigned on a first come first served basis. We will make every attempt to accommodate all overnight hosting requests, but this is not guaranteed. Please register by 2 weeks ahead of your event date if you would like to stay with one of our current student hosts.

We're only able to accommodate high school juniors and seniors in the residence halls. Any other prospective students, parents and family members who plan to attend will need to stay at a nearby hotel

If you have a friend or family member who is a current Wheaton student, you'd be welcome to stay with them! Just list them as a 'prearranged host' on your registration form and connect with them about your visit dates.

Parents and Family

Family members (especially parents) are strongly encouraged to attend Wheaton Connection with their student! All of the sessions on the schedule are open for parents to join (with the exception of class visits, due to classroom size constraints). Students and parents are encouraged to "divide and conquer", with parents and guests invited to attend informational sessions while students attend class.

Travel Tips

If you are traveling by plane, we recommend either renting a car, taking an Uber or contacting a taxi company for transportation to and from the airport.

Because we can provide student housing for one night only, please make arrangements if you need to arrive early or stay late. We're only able to accommodate high school juniors and seniors in the residence halls. Any other prospective students, parents and family members who plan to attend will need to stay at a nearby hotel.

Packing List

Students staying overnight in a residence hall will need a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and toiletries. We suggest bringing several layers of comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and an umbrella. A few extra dollars to spend at Sam's Cafe or the bookstore is always a great idea!

Parking Information

Parking will be available across from the Welcome Center on Chase Street or in the Billy Graham Center parking lot.
