Group Fitness classes are offered at no cost for Wheaton College students and staff/faculty as well as their dependents. Community members and guests may also participate. Group fitness classes are held in the dance studio (room 208) by the pool balcony.
Drop-in for a 20-25 minute workout designed to increase heartrate while strengthening the entire body! Come warmed up and ready to go for maximum efficiency in this high-intensity workout; strength training optional. Drop-In Workout will meet various places depending on weather and workout.
