We're Looking for Ushers!
Approximately 50 people will be chosen to usher for Commencement Weekend 2020. Ushers are required to usher for at least one other weekend event in addition to Undergraduate Commencement. Any failure to fulfill all duties of commencement ushering will result in replacement. Priority will be given to students with family members graduating, year in college (seniority), experience, and availability.
This is only an application!
Please do not assume you will be chosen to usher until you are notified by email. Housing will NOT be extended unless you are chosen to usher!
Please note the following
- No one may substitute for you at any event.
- This form must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, April 5, 2019.
- Ushers will be notified of selection and duties via email by Sunday, April 14, 2019.
