Visitors presenting information or assistance to the Wheaton College campus need to complete a Wheaton College Release Form giving the College permission to use this material in the ways indicated. It is the responsibility of the hosting department to ensure that the form is completed before any recording of the event can be publicly posted.
Departments can generate a customized Agreement by completing the form below. This form will generate a customized agreement that will be sent to the presenter(s). The completed and signed form will be saved and stored in OnBase upon submission. More detailed information on using the form and accessing submissions can be found in this Wheaton Answers post.
