Pre-College BRIDGE Program

Wheaton College IL BRIDGE Program Students 2018

Building Roads to Intellectual Diversity and Greater Education (BRIDGE) is a four-week intensive and residential academic and leadership program that brings together high-achieving, first-generation college-bound, low-income, and African-American and Latino students from the Chicagoland area who are eager to experience the academic rigor of college.

The first week, we had a class called School & Society with our Wheaton College professor, Dr. Jonas. Not only did he push us to write essays at a college level, he expected us to think like that, too. - Melissa

The two-year summer program prepares Christian high school students for college through a curriculum that fosters their intellectual, leadership and spiritual growth. Best of all, the entire program is free of charge for all participants, and completing it guarantees a scholarship to Wheaton College.

PROGRAM DATES:  The BRIDGE Program will take place from June 30-July 27, 2019.

Please note: If needed, transportation will be provided to and from Wheaton to accepted students.
