Suzuki Program

CSA's Early Childhood Music classes will prepare your child for private lessons, and are recommended by CSA faculty as an excellent musical foundation for children too young for individual instruction. CSA's comprehensive, multi-age Early Childhood Music program develops aural skills, motor coordination and self control while instilling a lifelong love of music.

2025-26 Semester Start Dates:
Fall Semester begins Friday, September 5, 2025
Spring Semester begins Friday, January 16, 2026 

Suzuki Little Stars is a wonderful way to begin Suzuki instruction in a small group setting (3-6 students) where very young beginners (or parents who are unsure whether their child is ready) can ease into learning the basics of the instrument and begin implementing the routines of daily practice, weekly instruction, and interaction with our CSA faculty before committing to private lessons.

Student and parent attend this class once a week together. Music is introduced through sing-backs, body percussion, listening, observing and imitating. After this one semester course, students advance to private Suzuki lessons. Non-electric piano at home required for piano students. Violin rental information provided in class. Guitar information provided in class. Parent attends class and supervises home practice.
