CSA Faculty

At the Community School of the Arts, our faculty are our greatest asset.

Every CSA faculty member holds a bachelor's degrees in music, and over 70% have obtained advanced degrees from leading conservatories and universities including Wheaton College Conservatory of Music, Northwestern University, Eastman School of Music, Oberlin Conservatory, Indiana University, Cleveland Institute of Music, and University of Michigan.

All of our Suzuki private lesson faculty are required to hold Suzuki Certification from the Suzuki Association of the Americas, and all of our Early Childhood and Music Makers at the Keyboard faculty are certified in Musikgarten. CSA faculty are encouraged and supported in their pursuit of continued education each year. Additionally, as employees of Wheaton College, all CSA faculty are required to complete background checks, participate in annual Wheaton College safety trainings, and are DCFS mandated reporters.
