The M.A. in Leadership can be completed in various flexible learning formats in order to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Most students complete the program by coming to campus just a few weeks per year, usually once a semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer). There is advance work to complete before arriving on campus for that week, and a project to finish after leaving.
At the full-time pace, the M.A. in Leadership can be completed in as little as 12-18 months.

At the part-time pace, the M.A. can be completed in as little as 3 years, but students have up to 5 years to complete the degree. Students can work with an adviser to plan out their 36 credit hour program.
