How to Register

Register for Early Childhood Music and Young Musicians at the Keyboard Classes

Refer to this page for Schedule and Tuition information for Early Childhood & Keyboard classes.

When ready to register, click the "Register Here" button below and fill out the online form.

Once your registration form is received, you will receive a phone call from the office to discuss your child's class.

Current Student Re-Registration:

1. Students registered for Fall classes are automatically renewed for Spring semester
2. The annual, non-refundable, re-registration fee for current students is $20 and is applied to the student's bill
3. Any changes, including withdrawal, must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours prior to the first class or lesson of Spring semester. Class change requests should be emailed to csa@wheaton.edu (Early Childhood only). Withdrawals should fill out our Withdrawal Request form.
4. Once Spring semester begins, all regular attendance & withdrawal policies are in effect (see below). Any changes or withdrawals made later than 24 hours before the first class or lesson of Spring semester are subject to a $35 change fee.

Once your registration form is received, our placement coordinator will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your child's lessons.

A Note About Private Lessons
For private lesson (Suzuki and Preparatory Programs) registration, we will contact you as soon as an opening is available in the requested instrument. If we cannot place you immediately due to a shortage of studio openings or specific scheduling requests, your name will be placed on a waiting list. We track our waiting lists carefully and will call you promptly when placement is available.
