Amanee Troia is looking forward to serving as a GRA and to working in the OMD (Office of Multicultural Department). She is a third culture kid, with Brazilian and Argentinian parents, born in India, raised in various other countries like Afghanistan, Syria and Turkey. She is passionate about storytelling in all its forms and wrote her first book Remembering Who You Are and Where You Come From, to encourage those who want to share their life stories but may feel hesitant to begin. Amanee's long term goal is to use storytelling as a power to bridge differences and foster understanding among diverse communities. Being part of OMD will allow her to continue this work in a meaningful way, supporting students as they mature their identities in Christ, share their experiences, and build a community where everyone’s story matters.

Jonathan Just was transformed by the power of cross-cultural Kingdom community while at the University of Cape Town, and now that is what he loves to see wherever he goes. Born and raised in the heart of South Africa, it was soon after he gave his life to Jesus that the Lord brought Chicago onto his radar. Through many divine connections with so many different Wheaton people at various stages along the way, they were each signposts of confirmation for where the Lord was still calling him to go. Now, after about 18 years, he is experiencing the fulfillment of that promise! When he’s not feasting on the Word with other young people, he’s looking for the next adventure with good friends.
