Chrouser Guest Passes
Daily Guest Passes
The Chrouser Sports Complex is a private facility, open to students and employees of Wheaton College, as well as their spouses and tax-related dependents.
Others from the local community or conference guests may use the facility via a Daily Guest Pass, purchased for $10 at the Front Desk.
Upon initial visit, all guests must sign in at the front desk, indicating they are a guest and sign the Liability Waiver on the back of the form.
Payment
Chrouser Sports Complex accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
Training Services
Coaches and local personal trainers are welcome to train and coach in the Chrouser Sports Complex.
Under these circumstances, both trainer and trainee, coach and athlete, must have membership to Chrouser (in the form of Community Membership or employee status) OR purchase a daily Guest Pass. No exceptions.
Family, Friends and Relatives
We recognize many students and employees have family members who live out of state, friends from out of town, and other local ministry opportunities.
- Students
- Families of students, visiting from out of town, may use the Chrouser Sports Complex free of charge while with a current student while visiting campus.
- Local families of current students, wishing to use the Chrouser Sports Complex regularly, should plan on purchasing guest passes or Community Membership.
- Employees
- Friends and non-dependent family members of employees must purchase a Daily Guest Pass at the Front Desk.
Alumni and Campus Guests
- Alumni
- Alumni do need to pay the $10 Daily Guest Pass Fee to use the Chrouser Sports Complex
- During Homecoming, Family Weekend, and Alumni Weekend, alumni and their families may use the Chrouser Sports Complex free of charge.
- Prospective Students (and their families) and Campus Guests may use the Chrouser Sports Complex free of charge during scheduled campus visits organized by athletics and/or admissions.
Conference Services
Unless the Chrouser Sports Complex is part of a Conference Services contract, Conference Guests must purchase a Guest Pass in order to use the facilities
Apparel Policy
The apparel of all CHR users must prioritize both safety and modesty. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Men must keep shirts on at all times and ladies clothing must cover their midriff. Shoes must also must be worn at all times.
- Swimwear may be worn in the pool area only.
