Starting Spring 2027
Led by Dr. Mark DeYmaz, this unique concentration equips ministry leaders to navigate the seismic shifts shaping the future of the American Church. With a focus on building healthy multiethnic congregations, creating innovative and sustainable economic models (Church Economics), and increasing cultural intelligence (CQ®), students will explore practical frameworks and cutting-edge strategies to lead faithfully and effectively in dynamic ministry contexts. This cohort is ideal for pastors, planters, network leaders, and change agents who desire to align biblical theology with 21st-century realities. Begins January 2027.

Director of the Wheaton College Billy Graham Center Mosaix Institute
Mark planted the Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas in 2001, a multi-ethnic and economically diverse church in the urban center of Little Rock where he remains the directional leader. In 2004, he co-founded the Mosaix Global Network and continues to serve as CEO and convene its triennial national conference in Dallas, TX. Mark has written eight books including Building a Healthy Multiethnic Church; Disruption; and The Coming Revolution in Church Economics.
