Erin Hoekstra

Erin Hoekstra HeadshotErin Hoekstra is a leader with a unique background spanning business, public policy, politics, and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as Director of the Seasonings & Ingredients business at Land O’Lakes, Inc., where she has spent over 12 years in marketing, strategy, and innovation roles within the Dairy Foods division.

Her past business experiences include managing the iconic retail butter brand, leading the integration and growth strategy following Land O’Lakes’ acquisition of Vermont Creamery, and driving innovation across both B2B and B2C channels.

Before transitioning to the corporate world, Erin worked in public policy and non-profit marketing, including five years at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, DC. She also contributed to multiple political campaigns at the federal and state levels, including U.S. House, U.S. Senate, and gubernatorial races.

Erin earned a BA in political science from Wheaton College in 2004 and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business in 2013. Erin previously served on the Wheaton College Alumni Board and the Cornerstone Schools of Washington DC Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She played on the Women’s Tennis Team while at Wheaton and maintains an active lifestyle through running, hiking, and pickleball. Erin lives in Minnesota and frequently spends time in her home state of Michigan.
