The Nelson Center for Sacred Music commissions top composers to write new sacred choral music.
The John and Anita Nelson Center for Sacred Music will commission leading composers to develop new sacred music. These compositions will be based on sacred texts and will seek to strengthen the church and society. The composers partner with Wheaton College to premiere their new works at Wheaton College, utilizing the Conservatory of music's performing ensembles.
