Being Safe with Technology

Did you get a new iPhone for Christmas?  Or the latest wireless headphones?  How fun!  Don’t forget that when you get back to campus, you’ll want to connect your devices to the Wheaton College wireless network.  For a quick refresher on how to do that you can check out this series.  The AIT Service Desk can help you if you experience any issues or problems with connection.  They can also help out if you’re trying to connect gaming devices.  Just give them a call at 630-752-4357.  Also, remember that devices that send out their own wireless signal can interfere with our wireless network.  For your sake, and the sake of your classmates and friends, please don’t use any personal routers or wireless hot spots.

If you have any questions, please contact us at ait.service.desk@wheaton.edu or call 630.752.4357 (HELP).
