About the Scholarship

Through the generous donation of the Lundin family, the Wheaton English Department now offers the Roger Lundin Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $5,000 for an English major, with priority given to students who have a second major in the humanities or have demonstrated passion for the intersection of literature with theology, philosophy, or history.

  • Send single-page letter of interest outlining your academic qualifications
  • Send one writing sample that demonstrates your interdisciplinary interests

  • Deadline midnight March 28, 2023
  • No applications will be considered after the deadline
  • For current majors who will be enrolled at Wheaton next Fall. Include your graduation date on your letter.
