Dear Wheaton parents,
We write to update you on our billing processes for this semester and to bring assurance regarding the necessary adjustments that are being made for those who have opted for remote studies, have made changes to their room and/or board plans, or are awaiting the partial room and board credits for the shortened time on-campus. While this announcement only pertains to students who have the above change(s), we believe it is important for our entire community to be aware.
Given the January 19 remote start and the February 8 on campus and in-person transition, we have needed to wait to hear from all students regarding their choices pertaining to room and board as well as processing the thousands of partial credits. I am pleased to report that the Housing Office will finalize these adjustments by Friday, January 29, and new statement email notices will be sent to students and their authorized users on Monday, February 1. Further, we are extending everyone’s due date for payment to Friday, February 26. If you are on the payment plan, your payments will be adjusted in time for the February 10 payment.
