Welcome to Wheaton!

  • When you arrive on campus, please use the following Five-Step Drop-Off process.

Student checking COVID test.

Step 1

  • Drive your car to your student's residence and park. Parents and guests should remain in their vehicle while their student gets out and goes to the COVID-19 Test Tent. (Download test parking lot map - PDF)
  • At the COVID-19 Test Tent, your student will show a copy of their negative COVID-19 test and confirm on their phone or laptop that they have completed the COVID-SAFE, Thunder-Strong – Required Orientation Course. Upon confirmation of both, they will receive their orange silicon bracelet, student ID, and some Wheaton swag.

Step 2

  • When your student returns to your car, it will be marked with a COVID-Safe, Thunder-Strong sticker, indicating that it is safe and ready to proceed to the residence hall for unloading.
  • Next, move your car to the unloading spots for the residence hall.
  • Thunder Movers will help unload your vehicle and take your student's belongings up to their room and help them settle in.
  • In an effort to decrease population density, family members will not have access to residence halls.

God is faithful stoneBe encouraged, the God who has been faithful in bringing your student to this point, will continue to be faithful throughout the fall semester.

Hebrews 10:23 “Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.”
