Passport to Wheaton is a part of orientation that is specifically designed for MK/TCK/International Students and their parents. During Passport to Wheaton, you will learn what it is like to be an international student at Wheaton, tips on making a smooth transition to the Chicago area, what services on campus can be a help to you, and you can meet our International Student Leaders as well as other new international students.

Cross Cultural Chill Out: 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Stupe, Lower Beamer.
Gather with our International Students Leaders for games and dessert.
Friday, August 23, 2019
Passport to Wheaton: 8:15 a.m. - 12 noon. Coray Gym, Beamer Center.
Join us for breakfast and then we will discuss topics about transitioning well to Wheaton and the Chicago area.

Insider's Tour of Downtown Wheaton: 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon. Meet at the ISP Office, 45 Lower Beamer
Join current international students on a walking tour of downtown Wheaton to learn about the best regstaurant, stores and deals near campus. We will end the tour with a treat from a local dessert spot, Kimmer's Ice Cream!

International (F-1 Visa) Student Orientation Day: 9:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. Meet in Phelps, Beamer Center.
New F-1 Visa students are required to attend this mandatory training and orientation day. You will learn key information on how to maintain your F-1 visa status and utilize all the benefits associated with it, complete the visa check-in process required by the US government, and register for the F-1 visa student website. We will share a meal with international faculty and staff and learn from the stories of international students succeeding academically and personally at Wheaton. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
