Come and re-connect with friends, cabin mates and counselors this winter for a time of fun, fellowship and friendship in the Northwoods! Winterfest is an awesome opportunity to see a different side of HoneyRock and experience a whole new set of activities: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter canoeing, ice-skating, hockey, and BROOMBALL!

Open to all 5th - 8th grade HoneyRock campers and their friends!

Spend Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend having fun at HoneyRock! Try out broomball, tubing, cross-country skiing, winter canoeing, ice skating, hockey, trail rides and more! It's an incredible opportunity to reconnect with friends and enjoy HoneyRock in a completely new way - you haven't truly experienced the Northwoods until you see it decked out in snow.

*Please Note! We take winter weather seriously! If a camper does not have adequate winter gear, they will not be allowed to participate in outdoor activities.

By Family Car

If you're driving your child to Winterfest, you can drop them off as early as 6:00 pm on Friday evening. Pickup is at 12:00 pm. If someone other than the legal parent/guardian is taking your camper to and/or from camp, please fill out this form: Transportation Authorization Form.

By HoneyRock Bus

HoneyRock provides free transportation to and from Wheaton, IL and Madison, WI. See below for pickup and drop-off times - all times are approximate. On travel days, please follow us on our Facebook page for real-time travel updates. Please send your camper with some money or a packed meal for dinner on the way to HoneyRock. We will provide lunch on the way home.

To HoneyRock

Wheaton College: Chrouser Sports Complex
We will be at the Chrouser Sports Complex at 3:00 pm for check-in and loading. The address is 601 Kenilworth Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187.

Rockford: Unlike ReGroup, there will NOT be a Rockford stop for Winterfest. 

Madison: Culvers
We will arrive at Madison around 6:00 pm for dinner at Culvers and will be departing at 6:30 pm for the rest of the journey North. On I-90/94 Northbound, take Exit 126 (Dane/DeForest) - Culvers is on the east side of I-90/94 and is visible from the highway

From HoneyRock

HoneyRock: We will leave from HoneyRock at 12:00 pm and lunch will be provided on the bus.  

Madison: Culvers - 4:00 (4910 County Rd. V  De Forest, WI)

Wheaton: Chrouser Sports Complex - 6:30pm
