Leadership Program Options
Most students complete the program by coming to Wheaton's main campus or the HoneyRock campus just a few weeks per year, usually once a semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer). There is advance work to complete before arriving on campus for that week, and a project to finish after leaving.
At the full-time pace, the M.A. can be completed in as little as 2 years.

At the part-time pace, the M.A. can be completed in as little as 3 years, but students have up to 5 years to complete the degree. Students can work with an adviser to plan out their program.
