We believe diversity strengthens our community, and better reflects Christ’s kingdom.
You Are Welcome Here
At Wheaton we believe that honoring God in everything we do includes honoring him in relationships that bring together people from different ethnic backgrounds. That's why we're committed to cultivating a diverse community of students, faculty and staff who reflect the wide spectrum of God's Kingdom.
Christ-centered diversity is a shared value of our community, and one we strive to reflect in every aspect of athletic, artistic, academic, and ministry opportunities. As one of the President's strategic priorities, Wheaton is continually working to deepen ethnic diversity and foster a truly welcoming environment for people of all color.
Our ongoing commitment to diversity extends to the College's administrative decisions, faculty and staff hiring as well as informing student admissions.
Multicultural Scholarship Program
We don't just talk about creating a culturally diverse educational community; we're committed to making it happen by offering specific scholarships to students of color through the Multicultural Scholarship Program and through substantial need-based financial aid.
Each year, $250,000 is awarded annually to new students through the Multicultural Scholarship program and over $14 million in scholarships and grants is awarded to all Wheaton students.
Every student adds to our community through their experience and voice. If Wheaton College sounds like a community that you'd like to be a part of, please
- schedule a visit
- take the next steps in the admissions process and
- complete a scholarship application.
We hope to hear from you soon.
