The Streckert Lecture

The Streckert Lecture on Christianity, Sexuality, and Gender

Consonant with Wheaton College's Statement of Faith and Community Covenant, the Streckert Lecture on Christianity, Sexuality, and Gender provides a biennial venue for the Wheaton College community to think through questions of sexual or gender identity and Christian faith. The lecture is open to schools of psychology, theology, history, sociology, anthropology, and further academic fields and is designed to deliver the college, academia, and evangelicalism with scholarly perspectives that help all to develop holistic understandings of how sexuality, gender, and Christian faith relate.
